LOAR Summer Celebration at The Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters 06.10.23 @ 6:00 PM
Parking
When you arrive, please park in the Gridiron parking lot across from the entrance to 1 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034 or self park in the garage below. Then proceed into the atrium pictured above. Our team will be there to greet you at the entrance.
Cowboy Tours
Tours will be provided throughout the event. The guides will be visible in the atrium.
We will offer extended tours for guests who would like to arrive early at 5:30 and 5:35. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, as no one can join once the tour leaves. Times for the tours later in the evening will be posted at the check in desk on the night of the event.
Transportation
Our guest’s safety is our top priority. If you need a ride for any reason, LOAR is providing a Lyft voucher to get you home. See details below.
Entertainment
We will have casino games downstairs (more on that below), and the back patio will be open too. Guests can enjoy the night air and take a picture on the Cowboy’s practice field. At 7:30, we will introduce the SOAR scholars and then there will be music from our DJ.
Attire
Cocktail attire is requested. It will be cool inside the venue, and we will also have access to the back patio by the Cowboy’s practice field, so be sure to layer if you plan to go in and out.
Food & Beverages
Appetizers will be served at 6:00 pm and the bar will open at the same time. The dinner buffett will be open from 7:00 pm — 9:00 pm. See below for a sneak peak at the menu.

Please note, Cowboys Headquarters does not allow red wine in the facility. This is due to the flooring, which has a fun back story you may hear if you join the tours.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking is available in the lot across from the Entrance, the “Gridiron Lot” or you can park in the Cowboy Parking Garage below headquarters. Our team will be ready to greet you at the front of the atrium at 1 Cowboys Way.
Download your LYFT pass and LOAR will pay up to $30 for the ride. The pass is good for one pickup or drop off from Cowboy Headquarters. Instructions on how to use the pass are above.
Tours of the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters
The Dallas Cowboys World Corporate Headquarters at The Star in Frisco is a destination created to allow fans to connect with the team in ways they have never imagined.
LOAR has arranged for guided tours to give our Cowboy fan guests the ultimate behind the scenes experience of the place where the Dallas Cowboys train and work. The two extended tours will begin before the event at 5:30 and 5:35. Come inside the atrium to check in, and we’ll connect you with the private tour guides. Then additional tours will be available throughout the evening. Please indicate on your RSVP form if you are interested in one of the tours so we can plan accordingly.
