SOAR Texas

Two pathways. One mission: expanding opportunity.

SOAR supports students pursuing college degrees, graduate education, skilled trades, technical certifications, apprenticeships, and applied career training.

Beginning with the 2026 academic year, LOAR PLLC is investing $200,000 annually to support the next generation — $100,000 for college and $100,000 for skilled trades.

$200,000 Annual SOAR investment beginning with the 2026 academic year.
$100K / $100K Equal support for college pathways and skills-based career pathways.
Up to $5,000 Scholarship awards for eligible students and approved programs.
Why SOAR Exists

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

SOAR exists to open doors for students with drive, ambition, and potential — especially first-generation students and those navigating financial barriers.

“Over the years, I’ve met so many students with incredible drive — students who were first in their families to pursue education, students working jobs while studying, students told they had to follow a single path to be successful.

SOAR exists to open doors — especially for first-generation students and those navigating financial barriers. Whether someone is building expertise in a classroom or through hands-on training, we want to support them and ensure they feel empowered to succeed.”

— Amber Russell, Founder of LOAR PLLC and the SOAR Scholarship Foundation
Two Pathways

The future of work does not follow one path.
